The UNDIP Master of Notary Study Program is an increase in the level of education which was formerly the Specialist Education Program (SP.1) which has been held since 1981 based on the Decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Law UNDIP No. 21/PT09.1/1981 concerning the Implementation of the Notary Education Program at the Department of Civil and Notary Law, Faculty of Law UNDIP, dated June 22, 1981 and the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No.12/Dikti/Kep/1984 concerning the Establishment of the Program Notary Studies (SP.1) at the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University on March 20, 1984. Then based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education No.81/Dikti/Kep/2000 dated April 7, 2000 regarding the Change of Status of the Notary Specialist Education Program to the Naster of Notary Program in the Master of Notary Study Program UNDIP. The Master of Notary Education Curriculum is designed to produce graduates who have standard abilities as experts in the Notary field, but are not merely a Notary, so that graduates of notarial education can become Land Deed Maker Officials, Auctioneers, legal consultants or become in-house lawyers at companies or private companies.
