Semarang, 13 August 2024 — New students from the Master of Notary Program at the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University (UNDIP) underwent the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) period with enthusiasm. One of the important agendas in this activity is the introduction of student organizations, and this time, the Notary Masters Student Association (IMMKn) is the main highlight.

IMMKn, as one of the student organizations within the FH UNDIP Notary Masters, was given the opportunity to introduce itself and explain its role and contribution in front of new students. This introductory activity took place on the second day of PKKMB, at the Large Notary Lecture Building.

In his speech, the Chair of IMMKn, Rizal Okta Rachman, revealed that IMMKn acts as a forum for students to develop their academic and non-academic potential. IMMKn is also committed to building good communication between students and lecturers, as well as being a bridge in various academic and social activities relevant to the notarial field.

“IMMKn not only focuses on academic development, but also builds extensive professional and social networks. We hope that new students can take advantage of this opportunity to actively participate in our activities,” said Rizal.

During the introductory session, new students were introduced to various IMMKn work programs, such as seminars, workshops, and social activities related to notary. IMMKn also explains the organizational structure, management, and how to join for students who are interested in being active in this organization.

As part of this introduction, a question and answer session was also held which allowed new students to ask IMMKn administrators directly about various matters related to activities and the benefits of being a member. The enthusiasm of the new students was clearly visible through the questions asked and the lively discussions.

It is hoped that PKKMB activities can provide sufficient provisions for new students to start their academic journey better, as well as provide a clear picture of the various opportunities available on campus. The introduction of IMMKn is an important step in helping new students to adapt and integrate with the academic environment at the UNDIP Faculty of Law.
